Scriber Pointe is located two blocks south of 196th St. and one block east of Highway 99 in Lynnwood. Local businesses and services include Albertsons, Safeway, Trader Joe's, and Rite Aid. Swedish Hospital and numerous health care providers are located less than two miles south of the apartment. A bus stop is located outside the front entrance of the building.

Residents enjoy the inviting atmosphere of Scriber Pointe’s common areas and are able to reserve the community room with kitchen for special gatherings with friends and family.  An outdoor patio provides recreation and entertainment opportunities, and there are planter boxes for those residents who wish to grow flowers or vegetables.
