The Evergreen Cottages are located in the Silver Lake area of South Everett. They are conveniently located near Costco, Safeway, Winco, Bartell Drugs and numerous health care providers. Bus lines on 16th Ave. and 112th St. provide residents with easy access to services, shopping and entertainment options. Thornton Sullivan city park is nearby for picnics, swimming and fishing.

The Cottages are single-level four-plexes with spacious one and two bedroom units.  Each apartment has its own porched entry. The community room and outdoor patio at Evergreen Court (across the parking lot) are availabe for recreation and entertainment.

Community services are easily accessed through our on-site service coordinator who will help residents connect with the resources they may need.
