Housing Social Services

Housing Social Services provides a lifeline of critical services and advocacy for residents living in specific affordable apartment communities. Services can maintain or improve the physical, social, emotional, and financial well being for residents.

Housing Social Service Coordinators work with residents in the following ways…
• Provide information, referral, and follow-up to sustain or strengthen independence – prescription assistance, utility discounts, transportation, Meals On Wheels, state programs for in-home care, and many more.
• Evaluate and coordinate services that residents need to live independently.
• Access to translation and interpretation for Filipinos, Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese seniors.
