The Voice of Senior Services

Published monthly by Senior Services of Snohomish County, the Senior Source newspaper has been serving the community for 32 years. It is a unique and valuable community resource that inspires, entertains, educates, and supports older Americans. Feature stories and articles address a wide range of topics including, national issues (Medicare/Social Security), health and nutrition, travel features, program/service updates, senior profiles, volunteer opportunities, senior center activities, plus more.

Who should read The Senior Source newspaper? Seniors and their family members, caregivers, Senior Services’ donors, service and/or health care providers, and any person who is interested in issues important to older adults and/or who knows a senior that may be in need of services and programs.

The Senior Source newspaper can be mailed directly to your home. The newspaper can also be picked up at drop off locations in Snohomish County including libraries, senior centers, Frontier Bank, KeyBank, Social Security offices, retirement/assisted living facilities, some health clinics, etc. To receive The Senior Source through the mail click here.

Funding for The Senior Source newspaper is generated through advertising (click here for rate card ) and donations. Fundraising campaigns in the spring and fall help defray costs associated with publishing and mailing the paper.
