Use combinations of the options below to find helpful resources. Be careful not to use too many or you may eliminate all results.

Keywords:

This option will locate resources containing the word(s) you type in their description. When typing more than one word use the options All, Any, or Phrase to refine your results.

• All - only resources containing all the words you type will display. This is useful for finding more specific results. Typing alzheimer's and women will find resources on alzheimer's disease related to women.
• Any - all resources containing any of the words you type will display. This is useful when you're not sure what words are used to describe a resource. Typing bus and van will find transportation resources with either of those words.
• Phrase - only resources containing the exact phrase (no commas) you type will display. This is useful for finding very specific results. Typing third age newspaper will locate the resources related to that publication.

Category:

A category is a word used to group related resources. Selecting Disabilities will return all resources classified by Senior Services as relating to persons with disabilities. Notice that using the keyword disabilities returns 21 resources and using the category Disabilities returns 11, but using both the keyword and the category returns 7 resources.

City:

This option returns all resources based in the selected city. It does not necessarily imply that the resource will be available in that city.

Organization:

This option returns all resources in the database provided by that agency or company.

Program:

This is the name of the resource provided by the organization. Use this option if you know the name of the resource your are trying to locate.
