Minor Home Repair

Home ownership is an important symbol of independence and is one of the most important assets an older person has. However, maintaining a safe home and healthy living environment can be especially difficult for older people with limited incomes.
For more than 30 years, Minor Home Repair has been assisting low and moderate income senior and disabled homeowners by providing health and safety repairs that they cannot perform due to lack of funds and/or inability to physically perform the repairs themselves.
"Minor Home Repair replaced the kitchen sink pipes that were leaking and used a snake on the main line. It had to be nearly plugged solid. I enjoy doing dishes now so I can hear it gurgle as it drains! Sweet music to my ears! Minor Home Repair also fixed the railing on my porch. It was VERY loose. Thank you so much for all the repairs done to my home." -- Janice E., Marysville
