You may also visit our Online Resource Directory for information on over 1,000 community programs and services.

Resource Lists are available on a variety of topics (i.e., nursing homes, senior housing, retirement/assisted living, home care services, adult day care/respite, senior centers, dental resources, utility discounts, employment programs, and transportation options).
Assistance with accessing services
- In-depth assessment by phone to determine client needs and, if appropriate, refer to other community services or program
- Phone consultation for family members (or other involved persons)
- Assistance by phone to help older adults receive appropriate benefits and services
- A contact point for referrals to DSHS - Home and Community Services for people who may need state-funded in-home services
- Eligibility screening for the Snohomish County Case Management Program (60+)
