Caring for a sick or disabled spouse, family member, or friend can be rewarding, but it can also be incredibly stressful. Research shows that family caregivers are at high risk for depression and stress-related illnesses. To help family caregivers, Senior Services is offering a six-week educational series designed to help minimize these risks by teaching the skills family caregivers need to take care of themselves and to feel more confident in the care they provide.
