Senior Services offers a variety of affordable rental housing options for qualified seniors age 55 and older. These apartment communities, conveniently located throughout Snohomish County, are designed to enhance independent living for active seniors as well as those who need supportive services.

Our senior communities are financed by both public and private funding, making it possible for us to offer lower than market rent to qualified seniors.
All of our communities are located close to shopping and services.
On-site service coordinators help connect residents to social and health services through Housing Social Services.
