DayBreak Senior Respite Program

DayBreak offers small, structured, closely supervised groups especially for seniors with memory impairment. DayBreak meets from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at each site.

DayBreak meets in 4 locatoins throughout Snohomish County:

Snohomish: Mondays
Marysville: Tuesdays
Mill Creek: Wednesdays
Edmonds: Fridays

Services

  • Recreation: word games, simple crafts, "thinking" activities especially suited to persons with memory impairment
  • Socialization and group activities: mild daily exercise, reminiscing, group discussions
  • Hot nutritious lunch and snack
